• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect information is suspected.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order. Secure online payment options will be provided at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across the UAE and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.
• Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs (unless the product was defective or damaged).
• Customised or limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
