3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Secure online payment methods are available at checkout to ensure your transaction is processed safely.

We offer delivery within the UAE and to selected international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier services.

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please note that customised, personalised, or limited-edition items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
